Return Policy

KicksStyle offers a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For customers within the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period under EU Consumer Rights Directive also applies.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it;

  • Unworn or unused;

  • With original tags and packaging;

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return.

Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
As we operate exclusively as an online store, KicksStyle does not have a physical return location.
The return address will be provided via email once your request is approved.
Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Exceptions – Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants);

  • Custom-made or personalized items;

  • Personal care and beauty products;

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;

  • Gift cards and sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item;

  2. After approval and refund, make a new purchase for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging — and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
